New mums fitness class

Monday 1.30pm from Caerphilly Library.

Friday 1.30pm from Caerphilly Library.

Cost £3 per session

A fitness class for new mums(after 6 week all clear, C section, check with your Gp or midwife for when it is safe to exercise) Get fit meet other mums from the Caerphilly area.

A cardio warm up to get things going then into our stride, then we finish off with some specific toning work and core training to tighten up the muscles,finishing off with a stretch and  a chat .

 

What you will need;

  1. The all clear from Your Gp or Midwife.
  2. A Pram, Buggy or pushchair and toys to keep the little one occupied.
  3. A drink for you and for baby or snacks for you both.
  4. Trainers and suitable clothing and rain covers sun shade/cream (weather conditions apply).
  5. Try and feed baby before the class this should give you your full hour and if breasfeeding it will make it more comfortable for you. You should eat about an hour before just a light snack.

 

Please check with your Gp before starting a new exersice routine.
